Compensation
Acclaim employees are competitively compensated through a package of benefits* that include:
- Base Salary: Salaries are paid twice a month and can be set up as direct deposit.
- Bonus Programs: Employees are eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses, based on company and personal performance.
Insurance
- Medical Insurance: Acclaim covers 100 percent of an employee's health insurance premium through the company-sponsored Plan. An employee may elect to purchase health insurance coverage for dependents through the Plan at 100 percent out-of-pocket expense according to the premiums.
- Dental Insurance: An employee may elect to purchase dental insurance coverage through the Plan at 100 percent out-of-pocket expense according to the premiums.
- Supplemental and Life Insurance: An employee may elect to purchase life or other supplemental insurance coverage through the Plan at 100 percent out-of-pocket expense according to the premiums.
- Disability Insurance: Acclaim provides long-term disability coverage for each employee; the Plan pays 60 percent of the employee's salary, up to $6,000/month.
